Installation Mass

The  beautiful and gracious Installation Mass was held on Saturday afternoon at 4:00PM.  The new National Board members were installed by National Chaplain Fr. Shenan J. Boquet.

During Mass each new officer signed a pledge under their officer position, which read in part:

We the elected Officers, pledge our fidelity and service to the Catholic Daughters of the Americas®, to our Country, to our Church and to our God. We have a clear understanding of the responsibilities we assume. We will demonstrate initiative, courage, objectivity and determination. We accept the responsibility and challenge to affect the Catholic Daughters of the Americas across our State and to be a powerful, active force performing God’s work in every Court in our Nation.

Each National Officer and Director received a Pin with the name of either National Officer or National Director attached to a bar which with their office title. The bar was attached to a ribbon and placed around their neck since the pins cannot be worn on the robe itself.
